Since its establishment in 1990, OZCO has financed and managed a series of smart, successful projects under the leadership of founder and CEO Ossama Ahmed Zainy.

OZCO grew from a group of like-minded entrepreneurs, who had previously collaborated on a variety of financing projects.

OZCO's initial emphasis was on fund investment. As the company matured, the team developed a number of joint venture partnerships and gained extensive experience of managing companies. Today OZCO takes the lead in both financing deals and company development.
